Cypress gladly accepts returns on merchandise that is unwashed, unworn, unused, and free of damage, with original tags attached and accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Special or custom orders
- Intimates
- Beauty products
- Body care items

- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with original tags attached
