Refund policy

Cypress Gladly Accepts returns of any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise accompanied by an original sales receipt and with the original tags attached. All items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase for a refund (or store credit). ALL SALE items and discounted items, as well as special and customized orders, intimates, beauty products, and body care are final sale.
