Her embroideries all start with a hand-drawn flower sketched right on to the fabric which she then hand-stitch to add color and depth. This technique ensures each piece is unique and handmade from start to finish.
She Has found through making these embroideries that everyone has a plant or a flower - something botanical - that holds a lot of meaning for them. It is the symbolism and nostalgia that my customers have imbued my artwork with that make them all the most special to make.
